Here’s one of my favorite healthy breakfasts!

I’m always complaining of a stomach ache, so I did some research online to see what foods are good for digestive health.


I came across the magic of pomegranate seeds! It not only aids in digestion but it can also prevent arthritis, keep your blood from clotting, fight heart disease and prostate cancer, and lower blood pressure.


The pomegranate is known as one of the healthiest foods out there.
This breakfast contains healthy super grain bread, peanut butter, berries and more berries!! To make my water a little more fun, I enjoy adding frozen berries. They work as ice cubes, flavor, and as a nice dose of antioxidants for the day!

To make this:
1) toast some whole-grain bread and then spread some peanut butter on it
2) fill up a tall glass with frozen berries and water
3) Pour out some pomegranate seeds onto the plate
4) put some berries of your choice onto the bread
